6×14 500 gallon pit

his massive pit is made out of a long 500 gallon propane tank with a massive fully insulated 32×32 firebox and a 30x32x36 smoker. This unit has 4 huge racks in the cooking chamber and a total of 5 racks in the smoker. Whether you want to cook conventional or reverse flow it can be done by adding or removing the tuning plates and closing the necessary stack. All this sitting on top of a tandem braking axle 6×14 trailer.
